Policy and Subscription Information

Central Florida Cultural Endeavors, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to preservation of classical music. Largest ongoing project - The Florida International Festival - features the London Symphony Orchestra as the featured attraction of this biennial music festival.

TICKETS AVAILABLE

The Subscriber Package for the Totally Classical! Series, the complete series of 6 concerts, including Itzhak Perlman, is $128.

The Pick 4 Package allows you to select a minimum of four tickets to concerts of your choice (at Our Lady of Lourdes Church) at $21 per ticket. The Pick Four offer does not include the Perlman concert. Individual tickets for the Totally Classical! Series are $25 per concert.

Perlman's Daytona Beach Recital also is featured as a special fundraising event for the 2005 Florida International Festival. Individual tickets for the Perlman concert range from $37 to $75. Individual tickets for just the Perlman concert and the Gala Reception are $200. The Subscriber Package including Gala tickets is $282.

Subscription to the entire Florida International Festival Encore Series saves 10 percent, with three packages to choose from. Individual ticket prices range from $30 to $55.

GENERAL POLICY

Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission. Cameras, audio or video tape recorders, paging devices and cellular phones are not permitted into performance venues.

Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate interval in the performance. In some instances, latecomers may not be seated until the first intermission.

Orders received less than 10 days prior to the first-requested performance will be held at the Festival's Box Office location and may be picked up any time in advance during business hours. If you wish to pick up your tickets at the performance they are generally available for customer pick-up at the Box Office 60 minutes prior to the start of the event. Please present a picture ID when picking up tickets.

ONLINE ORDERING POLICY

Before purchasing tickets, please be aware of these on-line ticket-purchasing policies:

• Your tickets are subject to a convenience charge.
• The Web Ticketing system automatically selects the best available seat(s) at the time of purchase. Promotional and/or discounted tickets that are not offered on-line are available through the Festival Box Office.
• Carefully review your ticket selection. Cancellations, exchanges or refunds are not allowed after completing your selection and transaction.
• To pick up tickets at the Box Office or an outlet, please bring your photo ID, your confirmation number and the credit card used during this transaction for verification.
